Dan has focused on building leading edge Technology Solutions Companies. He has lead ventures in Software Systems Integration, Data Communications and Cloud Based “Big Data” Management Solutions. He was most recently the Managing Director for Day Research developing advanced Enterprise Search and Litigation Support software. Prior to that Dan was the co-founder and CEO of AVVIV LLC, a developer of Cloud Based Data Management and e-discovery platforms for the legal industry. Dan served as Chief operating officer at Cyberex, a data systems integrator for the federal sector focusing on platform solutions for situational awareness. Dan was previously the CEO of Reflection Networks.

Bridging the worlds of law, technology and document/data management for more than two decades, Sunil has broad and deep experience in optimizing best practices and workflows to effectively control the data management life cycle – as part of a larger Information Governance methodology – and develop targeted, sustainable methods to control and manage large document/data quantities. He custom designs solutions for each individual client, with an understanding that information management practices and processes must fit seamlessly within the organization’s workflow and culture to succeed.  Moreover, as a trusted advisor, he combines this same expertise to proactively guide clients through critical dimensions of Information Governance methodologies to reduce/manage risk and identify/amplify the business value of an organization's documents/data.
