Daniel Coyle
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Coyle is a senior technology executive, entrepreneur, and systems-integration leader with more than three decades of experience building and leading innovative technology companies across telecommunications, software, data management, systems integration, cybersecurity, and legal technology.

Dan began his career in the telecommunications industry, where he served as a vice president and general manager responsible for building and managing telecommunications networks. He subsequently founded and served as CEO of Reflection Networks, a systems integration company, where he focused on delivering technology solutions to enterprise customers.

Dan later served as Chief Operating Officer of Xpand Corporation, a federal systems integrator providing technology solutions to the government sector. His experience in the federal market provided a foundation for his continued focus on integrating complex technology platforms to address mission-critical business and operational requirements.

Recognizing the growing importance of data management and electronic discovery within the legal industry, Dan founded and served as CEO of AVVIV LLC, a provider of legal discovery and EDRM technology platforms. He later served as Managing Director of Day Research, where he led the development of advanced enterprise search and litigation-support software.

Dan's career has consistently centered on identifying emerging technology challenges and building companies and solutions to address them. His experience spans the full technology lifecycle—from infrastructure and systems integration to cloud-based data management, enterprise search, legal discovery, and cybersecurity.

Today, Dan is the Founder and CEO of Stotan Cyber, a next-generation cybersecurity solutions provider. At Stotan, he is focused on bringing together cybersecurity, data intelligence, cyber resilience, and financial-risk analysis to help organizations better understand their exposure and take practical steps to protect their most valuable information and operations.

Dan's combination of entrepreneurial leadership, systems-integration experience, federal-sector expertise, and deep knowledge of the legal technology and data-management markets provides the foundation for Stotan Cyber's mission to help organizations move beyond simply protecting technology to understanding and managing the business risk associated with their data.

Bridging the worlds of law, technology and document/data management for more than two decades, Sunil has broad and deep experience in optimizing best practices and workflows to effectively control the data management life cycle – as part of a larger Information Governance methodology – and develop targeted, sustainable methods to control and manage large document/data quantities. He custom designs solutions for each individual client, with an understanding that information management practices and processes must fit seamlessly within the organization’s workflow and culture to succeed.  Moreover, as a trusted advisor, he combines this same expertise to proactively guide clients through critical dimensions of Information Governance methodologies to reduce/manage risk and identify/amplify the business value of an organization's documents/data.
